Fitness guru Joe Wicks has admitted to feeling "frustrated" and "stressed" as he adjusts to life as a father of three.
The man who changed lockdown for thousands of families with his virtual morning PE With Joe classes, told new that since he and wife Rosie welcomed third child Leni this month, he's struggled to adapt.
"It's really hard to wake up, I don't want to be on [Instagram] Stories, I don't want to be Mr Motivator, I just want to have a big bowl of cereal, watch TV and go to bed," Joe tells us.
"But I'm having to resist that."
The Body Coach continues, "[Leni]'s up all night, so I'm waking up. I'm tired, I'm frustrated, I'm stressed when I wake up and my instant reaction is to move my body, to release it.
