Hats and confetti at the ready – Married At First Sight UK is heading down the aisle again with a new series that’s bigger and bolder than ever.
With 30 dramatic episodes, this season will see a fresh batch of singletons in pursuit of love who are prepared to say “I do” to a complete stranger they’ll meet on their wedding day for the first time.
After a glamorous ceremony the relationship will be tested as the couple embark on a luxurious honeymoon, before moving in with each other – and their fellow newlyweds. There’ll be dinner parties, vow renewals and relationship scrutiny as experts Melanie Schilling, Paul Carrick Brunson and Charlene Douglas put love under the microscope.
Eager to get the latest gossip, new headed to the show’s launch party in London’s Bloomsbury Ballroom. As we sipped fruity cocktails and nibbled on chicken, chips and corn on the cob, we soon realised we’re not the only ones looking forward to a season of love and lust. Love Island’s Danica Taylor, Ikenna Ekwonna and Liam Reardon were enjoying the party and subsequent screening, while host Vogue Williams kept an eye on things.
The star, who said it’s one of the few shows her husband Spencer Matthews will watch with her, did a valiant job of grilling the experts and confirmed this E4 series is one not to be missed.
