They already have six gorgeous children scampering around Pickle Cottage, and their youngest is just four months old – but Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon are still talking about adding to their family.
Beautiful baby Belle arrived in February as a sister for Harry, 16, Zachary, 15, Leighton, 11, Rex, four, and toddler Rose, who was born in October 2021.
“We’re at number six now,” grins Joe. “The baby bit goes so fast, and then before you know it, they’re toddlers – then you yearn for babies again. We’re slightly addicted to babies – it’s so nice to be needed. You think, ‘Six has to be it,’ but I’d never say never.”
While Belle is still a snuffly bundle of joy, little Rose is starting to show her personality and find her place among her big brothers. Beaming Joe reveals he couldn’t be prouder of his eldest daughter, who brings him so much joy, and his face lights up when he talks about her.
“Rose fits in so well,” smiles Joe. “She’s the perfect bit of the jigsaw puzzle for us.”
Joe and Stacey share their parental duties and make sure they are never working on the same day, so at least one of them can be at home with their children. So when Joe arrives for OK!’s photoshoot in London’s fashionable Shoreditch district, Stacey is at home.
“We have no help apart from family,” says Joe. “We try to rotate it so when I’m working, she’s not, and when she’s working, I’m not.”
