THE ROYAL WEEK
KING CHARLES
The King was in Rocester in East Staffordshire on Monday to meet employees and apprentices who were celebrating the 80th anniversary of JCB.
The day was rounded off in spectacular fashion with a trip to the family-owned Tower Brewery in Burton upon Trent where the King pulled a pint of ale.
Later in the week, he was joined by the Queen in Soho to pack dates into food donation boxes at a restaurant ahead of Ramadan.
THE PRINCESS ROYAL
Princess Anne was in Lydney, Gloucestershire, on Wednesday to meet victims of Storm Bert and learn how agencies and volunteers are assisting with the town's recovery.
