ONE week after Lisa Marie Presley’s memorial service at Graceland, in Memphis, Tenn., was streamed for 1.5 million viewers, her mom, Priscilla Presley, marked another mournful, more private milestone. “Today would have been Lisa’s 55th birthday,” the 77-year-old said of her only daughter with the late King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, Feb. 1. “My wish is to protect my three grandchildren and keep our family together.”

It seems like a message of strength for Lisa Marie’s children and heirs, Riley Keough, 33, her daughter with Danny Keough, and her 14-year-old twins Harper and Vivienne, with ex Michael Lockwood. (Lisa Marie was predeceased by her son, Benjamin Keough, 27.) But in a shocking move, Priscilla has already contested the “Lights Out” singer’s will, potentially opening up a legal tussle over the estate. On Jan. 26, the Dallas star filed a petition in L.A. Superior Court questioning the “authenticity and validity” of a 2016 amendment that replaced her and former business manager Barry Siegel as co-trustees, asking that it be declared invalid. “This current situation is a bitter pill for Priscilla to swallow,” an insider tells Star. “It’s hard for her to process that she’s now facing the prospect of a battle with her own granddaughter.”
