Actor Glen Powell talks to Us about his upcoming passion project, Hit Man
Master of Disguise

Glen Powell had no intention of starring in Hit Man (in select theaters May 24 and on Netflix June 7) when he and director Richard Linklater began cowriting the script. "We were just going from pure fun and imagination, and what the audience would respond to," the actor, 35, tells Us. Ultimately, Powell took a chance by stepping into the role of Gary Johnson, a professor turned pretend hired killer-and what followed was a fulfilling experience on all levels. Adds Powell: "There was not a bad day on set of this movie." Here, he dishes on the action comedy film, based on a true story.
