When you're fronting a new 10-part travel series called Great Australian Walks, being able to move around freely is a pretty crucial job requirement. But disaster struck for host Julia Zemiro when she broke her ankle just a few episodes in.

"It ended up being such a good thing for me because once I was left unable to walk for a few weeks, I vowed to get fit and strong so I'd never be in that position," Zemiro, 56, explains to WHO. "I've been working with a trainer and doing weights a few times a week and some cardio. I'm feeling great!"
