So far during her television career, Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been nominated for 26 Emmy Awards and has won 11 for her knockout roles in Seinfeld, Veep and The New Adventures of Old Christine.

And at 62, her dance card remains full. She has a starring role on the big screen in the comedy You Hurt My Feelings (out now) and a foothold in the Marvel Film Universe as the elusive Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine – last spotted in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, with a more prominent part in the upcoming Thunderbolts, which is due for release in July 2024.

“I actually have to pinch myself because it’s incredible that so much is happening right now and that I’m able to do it,” she told USA Today. “The nice thing about being my age is that I have experience now that I can bring to bear to all of this. I’m just more relaxed about it. I’m down for the ride and I’m digging it.”
