SUMMER SO-FIZZTICATION Paradox Wine has released two new wine seltzers which will help you keep up all those New Year's resolutions right through summer. They're lighter in alcohol (4.5 per cent ABV), contain less than a gram of sugar and are under 90 calories per can. There's the pinot gris seltzer with natural pear and finger lime flavours or the rosé with natural strawberry and hibiscus flavours. Thanks to the inquisitive minds of its distillers, Archie Rose has launched the second spirit in its two-part honey series. Honey Barrel, the older sibling to Eau de Bee Honey Spirit, is aged in what were once moscatel barrels to produce what the company says is a sweet spirit which pays tribute to Beechworth blue gum honey and the diligence of the bees that created it.
