Something was wrong. On Sept. 6, Kourtney Kardashian — pregnant with her fourth child, her first with husband Travis Barker — revealed that days earlier, she was rushed into “urgent fetal surgery,” where her “incredible doctors” saved the life of her unborn son. “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear,” she wrote on social media, explaining that “as someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past,” she wasn’t prepared for an emergency. “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”
