You know how you fall in love and feel the best version of yourself? During the initial stage of the relationship, you work hard on yourself as you feel good, and you want to impress your partner as well. However, before you know it, you are digging around in the relationship looking for some remnant of the person you were earlier.

It's easy to lose yourself when you're with someone, especially for a long duration, but completely losing your sense of self can have negative impacts on your partnership in the long run.
