LAST ONE DRAMA
Vera
Sunday, 8pm, ITV1
Curmudgeonly cop DCI Vera Stanhope (Brenda Blethyn) gets caught up in a chilling whodunnit when a frozen body is discovered in a fish-and-chip shop freezer in this week's final episode of Vera.
It soon transpires that the victim is a seemingly successful entrepreneur and family man.
But he's also left behind a string of debts and broken promises, meaning that the seasoned detective and her right-hand man, DI Joe Ashworth (David Leon), have their work cut out to narrow down the list of murder suspects.
UNCOVERING TRUTHS
'The case involves the death of the co-owner of a fish-andchip shop and Vera uncovers all sorts of things that were previously unknown about the victim,' says former Hollyoaks star Rhiannon Clements, 29, who has joined the Vera cast this series as go-getting new team member DC Steph Duncan.
'Steph does a lot of piecing things together. But things start to unravel and the team has to find out who's accountable for it all.
