NEW DRAMA
Lost Boys & Fairies
Monday, 9pm, BBC1 (box set, BBC iPlayer)
The tender love story of a gay couple and their quest to become adoptive parents is at the heart of new BBC1 drama Lost Boys & Fairies.
Set in Cardiff, the three-part series stars Sion Daniel Young and Fra Fee as devoted couple Gabriel and Andy, who are ready to start a family after being together for eight years.
‘On paper, the two of them are chalk and cheese’, explains Fee. ‘Gabriel is a singer and this artist extraordinaire, while Andy is a bit more strait-laced and is an accountant. But they make each other laugh, they both need each other, and they are wonderfully compatible.’
