The meteoric rise and fall of a 1970s folk-rock band takes centre stage in Prime Video’s Daisy Jones & the Six, starring Peaky Blinders’ Sam Claflin and The Terminal List’s Riley Keough as its talented but troubled lead singers.
Based on Taylor Jenkins Reid’s 2019 novel, the series follows aspiring LA singer-songwriter Daisy Jones (Keough) who’s determined to realise her dream of becoming ‘somebody’. Meanwhile, in Pittsburgh, frontman Billy Dunne (Claflin) decides to head to LA in search of a record deal for his band, which includes his guitarist brother Graham (Will Harrison), keyboard player Karen (Suki Waterhouse), drummer Warren (Sebastian Chacon) and bassist Eddie (Josh Whitehouse).
