THE VINTAGE FRENCH FARMHOUSE
MONDAY-FRIDAY, 4.30 PM, BBC1 FACTUAL
A group of antique dealers are challenged to scour sun-dappled Provence for collectibles and curios that will appeal to British buyers in BBC1’s new competition series, The Vintage French Farmhouse.
Featuring some familiar faces from The Bidding Room, including Jacqui Harris, James Gooch, Adrian ‘Adi’ Higham, Ian Humphries and Jo Roberts, the 20-parter sees the experts living together in a beautiful farmhouse nestled among rolling hills and vineyards.
Each episode sees three of the dealers visit a local brocante (flea market) to seek out vintage bargains, before posting their treasured finds for sale online. Whoever makes the most profit is declared the day’s winner.
TV Times caught up with Jacqui for an exclusive interview to find out more…
