GREATEST showwoman!

MURDER IN PROVENCE SUNDAY, 8PM, ITV DRAMA

Keala Settle wowed cinemagoers in 2017 blockbuster The Greatest Showman when, as bearded lady Lettie Lutz, she belted out Oscar-nominated song This Is Me.

Now, the Broadway star is making an equally dynamic impression in ITV's Murder in Provence, as forthright but fun-loving Deputy Police Commissioner Hélène Paulik, who helps investigating judge Antoine Verlaque (Roger Allam) and his criminal-psychologist girlfriend Marine Bonnet (Nancy Carroll) to track down killers in the South of France.

The sun-dappled crime drama marks Hawaii-born Keala's first regular role in a TV series, and, here, the 46-year-old tells TV Times why playing Hélène is a dream come true...

This week, Hélène, Antoine and Marine look into the death of an aristocrat, who falls from a window at his chateau. What does Hélène bring to the investigation?
