Initial shock aside, the arrival of her old children’s home pal Craig has, so far, been a positive experience for Lydia Dingle. The pair have bonded over the loss of their baby son Toby, while successful Craig has given the kindly matriarch a job at his company, allowing her to help financially provide for baby granddaughter Esther.

But poor Lydia is about to have her world torn apart. This week, Craig says he wants to be more than friends and, ignoring her crystal- clear rebuttal, he rapes her.
