When James was around eight years old, he begged to be taken to the circus.

As he was enjoying the clowns interacting with the crowd, one squirted him in the face with water and it led to a crippling phobia of the entertainers that's affected his whole life.

'I'm quite suspicious of them. I don't know what their agenda is and I find them sinister,' says James.
