GUY MARTIN'S LOST WW2 BOMBER
Sunday, 9pm, C4 Factual
On 13 June 1943, Avro Lancaster ED603 was shot down over the Netherlands while returning to the UK after an air raid over Germany. It crashed into Lake IJsselmeer, killing all seven crew. Four bodies were recovered, but over 80 years later, three are still missing.
In this documentary, Guy Martin follows the work of the National Programme for Aircraft Recovery in the Netherlands as they attempt to solve two mysteries - what exactly happened to the British bomber? And where are its three missing crew members?
