How many times have you gone off to bed at night feeling super motivated to go conquer the world the next day; only to wake up and not do it?
Motivation is aplenty. What we lack is the INTENTION to act on that motivation.
The first and most crucial step in setting your intention is to get clarity on what you want. And it's important to note here that your goals are not your intentions. Goals are future focussed. Having a goal can help you set the right intention. For example, "I want to lose 10 kgs of weight by the end of the year". That's the goal! Set in the future! But intentions are set in the present. They often involve personal growth in terms of who we need to BE.
So in order to have the goal of losing 10 kg by the end of the year, who is it that we need to BE? What is it that we need to Become?
