Automating sales and marketing is a proven method of streamlining processes, A enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth. Jewellery retailers are resorting to sales automation to a significant extent, and using technology to revolutionize their businesses. Various aspects of sales and marketing, such as lead generation, customer relationship management, emailing, social media management, data analytics, and so forth, are being automated by jewellers, and the trend is catching on fast.

Automation is enabling jewellers to personalize communication, engage with customers, prepare result-oriented emails campaigns, give product recommendations, and resort to targeted social media advertisements. The sum total of these makes for greater customer loyalty and increased sales, which leads to a healthier bottom line.

HOW JEWELLERS AUTOMATE SALES
