Between the 1950s and the late 1990s, several scientists and organisations posited that the 2000s would bring phenomenal technological advances. François Ody predicted that all the diseases in the world could be treated with just one pill, D.G. Brennan opined that antigravity belts would revolutionise warfare and NASA conjured up a conviction that space colonies would exist by the year 2000. The latter two were thankfully misinformed, perhaps because the technology is still lightyears away, but we have come somewhat close regarding aesthetic treatments for the former. Many now claim to singularly solve several skin problems with a shorter treatment session coupled with non-existent downtime, and this brevity extends to its name: tweakments. The portmanteau is obvious — "tweak" for how minor and non-surgical they are and "treatments" for what they do — but which makes the most sense for men?
