MY APPROACH TO BEAUTY has always been about building layers from within. I'm really into a holistic approach: diet, acupuncture, a hot bath or infrared sauna, and using the outdoors as medicine.
MY FAMILY AND I LIVE IN NEW YORK [since moving there in early 2022], so we make sure we have those moments where we balance out the craziness of the city with the calm of the beach or the snow. We're all just so happy when we have that balance of nature and ocean.
