She has claimed that KTR played a pivotal role in the divorce of popular actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya, son of actor Nagarjun. Surekha has alleged that KTR had interfered in the personal lives of several actresses, forcing them to leave the film industry, get married early, or be blackmailed due to his influence.
Surekha also alleged that KTR made a deal with actor Nagarjuna before the demolition of the N Convention Centre, a property partly owned by the actor. She implied that KTR's involvement extended beyond the film industry, citing his participation in "drug rave parties" and accusing him of asking for sexual favors from actresses in exchange for not demolishing properties.
