I love acting and performing, which has always been the driving force within me, even today. It started with some randomly selected gigs while I was in school, since my parents were very particular about me completing my education first. I signed up for a job in the corporate world post college but by then I knew acting was my calling and decided to follow my passion and see where it takes me. No one in my family has ever been into this profession, so it was a first for us all.
Tell us something about your Childhood...
As most people might already know, I come from a generation of military men where my grandfather was a retired army officer and my dad, a retired navy officer. I grew up in a strict military household in Mumbai. Even though my grandfather & father had retired from their respective jobs, the discipline in our lives certainly did not retire (laughs). I have always led a disciplined life, whilst indulging in extra curricular activities like horse riding, golfing and swimming.
