According to me, Fitness is a lifestyle. Some people live their life without it and some people like me, can't even think of living life without a fitness routine. For me Fitness is just not about going to the gym and lifting weights. It can be choosing Staircases over lift if time permits. The whole idea is to stay fit and healthy, burning those extra calories which we tend to consume.
