Actress Seema Kapoor, renowned for her work in notable projects like Kurukshetra, Gharwali Uparwali, Nagin, Hum Saath Aath Hai, and Razia Sultan, believes that a person's character and personality cannot be judged by their dress sense, and she prefers to understand individuals beyond their appearance."

She adds that people must be appreciated for what they choose to wear, and this should not be a reason to judge them.

"Fashion, to me is self expression, something that is integral to one's personality and definitely a personal choice. One should respect people, rather than ridicule them for what they wear. I also don't believe in fixed notions that a widow or an aged person should stick to only pastels...whatever one is at ease with...should definitely dress up in accordance," she says.
