Whether she's on the red carpet or posing in her bikini, Amanda Holden always looks amazing. The Britain's Got Talent judge, who recently told Woman that 'being 52 is a fabulous age', certainly seems to have cracked enjoying life while managing to stay fit and healthy. So how does she do it?
Amanda has slammed fad diets and instead ensures she eats healthily while also letting herself have the odd treat. The star, who is mum to Lexi, 17, and Hollie, 11, has explained, 'I'm not one of those who follows fad diets or removes certain foods from my diet. Life is for living, so I believe everything in moderation. Life is too short to be strict. She also claimed, 'I think a little bit of everything is fine. Life's too short to do fat-free, sugar-free, alcohol-free. I don't believe in half-fat anything, I have full-fat yogurt, butter and cheese. And I splurge on the weekends. I love wine.'
One thing that Amanda credits her glow to is eating plenty of veggies. She revealed, 'I'm a vegetarian, so for me it's lots of avocado, chickpeas, and quinoa salads, as well as hikes and boxing. It's good for your mindset, like unplugging your computer and plugging it back in.'
