Must Change My Life: Packing Bags
"In the company of true seekers and great masters, discovery of the self is possible. It comes to those who are as open as a wide sky, as receptive as a child and as committed as a yogi, to drop the old habits and have faith in the process."
Each one of us has a story, a reason, an inspiration, a motivation, an ambition to be at The Yoga Institute. Stories are different but there is one thing we all have in common, i.e., we all packed our bags to come here. We all walked out of our comfort zones. We left what held us back from moving forward in life; relationships that no longer served us, careers where self-growth was negligible. We left what the outside world termed as "success", which came at the cost of losing our health and, in fact, losing our minds. We dropped everything that weighed our souls down, that made our hearts weep, and that which crippled us from being the best versions of ourselves. In the city full of dreams, in the season full of rains, we were ready to walk bare foot, carefree and alone.
