Tension is there all throughout our body. It manifests in diseases. They often say that diseases are tension-caused phenomenon. Headache is a disease. Nasal blockage, difficulty in breathing, asthma, bronchitis, throat problems, many of the back problems and all the skin problems are accepted as a result of tension and psychosomatic conditions. Our whole body is full of tension and we just can’t get out of it. We are holding on; can’t let go. The sense of “I” is very high. ‘I’ believe in things; ‘I’ insist; ‘I’ hold on. This is an overall problem not only with the body but with the external world also. There are people who get disturbed by some events occurring far away.
