The living room showcases the home's Spanish Mission elements, including exposed beams, arched doorways and a detailed wrought-iron balustrade. A 1981 painting by Tony Crago hanging on the second-level walkway was left behind by the previous owners and is a view of Middle Harbour painted from the verandah. "I rescued it and had it reframed.
