
It's no secret that I love being outside amongst nature. Ever since I was a young girl exploring the Peak District with my dad, I've been enamoured with the natural world. But it was just over two years ago that I really came to appreciate the benefits for my health.
No one wants to hear the words "you have cancer". They are three words that change everything. Nothing is the same after them. As the mother of three amazing children, I knew I was going to do everything in my power to maintain my health and be there for their future.
