WHAT IS CREATINE AND WHAT CAN IT DO?
Creatine is an organic acid-similar to an amino acid, which makes up protein. Our bodies produce creatine; it's also found in animal-based foods, like red meat and seafood, as well as in supplements. Creatine is most commonly sold as a powder (which you can mix into water or sprinkle over food), but it can also be taken as a pill.
In combination with weight training, adding creatine to your diet or taking it as a supplement has been shown in study after study to improve muscle mass and strength.
