When speaking to Leah Sefor, a life and relationship coach, and author of the new book That's Not What I Meant!, she explained that having a pessimistic or realistic partner can help ground you and bring focus to what is manageable and realistic. On the other hand, you can often feel unsupported, or have your spirits dampened by their 'worst-case scenarios'. How do we get a handle on a relationship situation like this?
