In the tranquil town of Sankhali, a small yet vibrant corner of Goa, Abhishek Tari's artistic journey began with a spark ignited by his early fascination with Ganesh art. As a young boy, he was captivated by the beauty and intricacy of Ganesh idols, which led him to explore the world of art with a fervor that would shape his future.
Abhishek's educational path started at Vidya Prabodhini High School in Porvorim, where his creative inclinations began to take root. The school's nurturing environment allowed him to experiment with his artistic talents. By the time he moved to Vividha Higher Secondary School in Sankhali, his passion for art had deepened, and he was already experimenting with various forms of artistic expression. During these formative years, Abhishek's affinity for Ganesh art became a defining aspect of his creative identity. He spent countless hours drawing, sculpting, and refining his techniques, laying the foundation for a lifelong artistic pursuit.
As he transitioned to Goa College of Art in Altinho, Abhishek found himself immersed in a more structured and formal artistic environment. The college experience opened up new avenues for exploration, offering him exposure to a wide range of artistic practices. However, despite the academic training, Abhishek remained committed to his self-taught roots. His journey had always been one of selfdiscovery and personal learning, and he continued to rely on his innate creativity and hands-on experience to hone his skills.
