Marking its 180th anniversary, Australian winemaker Penfolds honours nearly two centuries of winemaking with the launch of The Penfolds Collection 2024. Grounded in a legacy of experimentation and excellence, the 2024 collection features 25 wines crafted from exceptional vineyards across four countries: Australia, the US, France, and China. The collection embodies Penfolds' global reach and dedication to quality and innovation, with highlights including the flagship 2020 Grange and the second release of the Chinese Winemaking Trial (CWT) 521.
Adding to the celebration, the Bin 180 Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz 2021 debuts as a commemorative release. Sourced from iconic vineyard blocks in Coonawarra (a wine region in the south of Australia), this limited-edition wine pays tribute to the winery's history, where it is home to some of the oldest and most symbolic vineyards in the region and is a consistent contributor to Grange, Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon, and Bin 169 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon.
