On May 18, members of the Tatler community celebrated the occasion with a gala dinner that brought together star power like no other.
The celebration, which highlighted the milestones of the arts and culture exchange platform between France and Hong Kong, took place at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, and raised funds to support cultural and educational development as well as local artists.
Hong Kong's chief executive John Lee and Christile Drulhe, the consul general of France in Hong Kong and Macau, officiated the gala alongside French May Arts Festival co-chairmen Pansy Ho and Mignonne Cheng. More than 200 people, including event chairs, patrons and guests Francis Lui, Michelle Cheng-Chan, Sonia Cheng, Canning Fok and William Ma were in attendance. A total of HK$12 million was raised, which will go towards the Association Culturelle France Hong Kong, French May's non-profit organisation.
