Every May, Chopard’s Haute Joaillerie workshops reveal their extraordinary creativity and craftsmanship through the Red Carpet Collection. Designed by Caroline Scheufele to bedazzle actresses at the Cannes Film Festival—a highlight in the maison’s calendar ever since Chopard became the festival’s official partner in 1998—this year’s collection is inspired by the enchanting world of Fairy Tales, “Contes de Fées”, and brings mesmerising creations to life.
The Red Carpet Collection is renowned for its breathtaking designs that correspond to the film festival’s edition number each year. This annual challenge leads to a fresh and inventive array of jewellery, reflecting Scheufele’s deep passion for cinema.
Chopard’s extraordinary journey in haute joaillerie was notably marked by the 2010 Animal World Collection, which showcased the maison’s creativity and technical prowess. Scheufele’s visionary approach to a wide range of animals, from the noble to the everyday, challenged conventional norms.
