THE KILLER BRIDE: SHE MURDERED HER MAN AFTER EIGHT DAYS

It should have been the happiest day of her life.

Jordan Graham, 22, was marrying her boyfriend of two years, Cody Johnson, 25.

Although the young couple had talked regularly about raising a family together, Jordan, who attended church regularly, didn’t believe in sex before marriage.

None of that mattered to Cody, who was completely besotted with his girlfriend.

His mum, Sherry, on the other hand, had some concerns. She felt Jordan was distant with her son, never holding his hand or kissing him.

So Sherry was surprised when, after just a year of dating, Cody got down on one knee and proposed to Jordan.

At first, Jordan seemed excited as she planned the big day with her maid of honour, Kimberly.

But Kimberly noticed Jordan would get irritated whenever talk of the actual wedding came up.

‘Am I making the right decision?’ she once even asked her.

Kimberly encouraged her friend to talk to her husband-to-be about her concerns, but she never did.

And here she was, on June 29, 2013, walking down the aisle with tears in her eyes. But they weren’t tears of joy.

In the days after their nuptials, Jordan grew more despondent.

I just know he’s going to want to do stuff. And I’m not really wanting to, she texted Kimberly.

Using the ‘my period started’ spiel tonight. I freaking hope it works, Jordan wrote in another text.

A week after their wedding, still having not consummated the marriage, Jordan and Cody had dinner after attending church.
