How have you enjoyed your recent speaking tour, 30 Years In The Wild?
It's been great, I've really enjoyed it. It doesn't feel like work. To actually have that opportunity to look back at the last 30 years and sort of just remember some of the things that I've forgotten about, it's a privilege to be able to do that and have people listen to you.
Who are your biggest inspirations?
The obvious one is David Attenborough. But there are other filmmakers I was really inspired by. My old boss Nick Gordon, who passed away in 2004, was my introduction to the world of wildlife filmmaking, I was in awe of his work and of him.
Which of your programmes was the most challenging to make?
