WHO can resist a hairy Highland coo? Well, that's what organisers of the latest Scottish sculpture route are counting on as the Hairy Highland Coo Trail is launched this month.
Visitors to the trail can explore the many beautiful parts of Perth and Kinross by finding each Highland coo and admiring its unique and original artwork.
Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) hopes the trail will raise at least £100,000 to support their work at the Rachel House children's hospice at Kinross, and Robin House at Balloch.
The charity's chief executive Rami Okasha said the funds raised from the Hairy Highland Coo Trail would make a tremendous difference to its work.
"It's going to be a really exciting time for everyone getting out and about," he said.
"We had one of the coos at Rachel House last week, so we've seen the joy they will put on children's faces."
CHAS, which has been helping children with life-shortening conditions and their families for 30 years, also hopes to give residents, businesses and visitors to Perth and Kinross a joyful summer experience they'll never forget.
