Our resolution every year is a simple one, we want to buy and try every single new piece of tech, gadget, and gizmo. Fortunately for us we are never disappointed and 2023 looks to help us keep our resolutions intact with some amazing new tech that has already been announced and some that are speculated to release this year. Here are five of our favorite announced and rumored tech for 2023 we can't wait to get our hands on.
PSVR 2
This year sees the long-awaited and highly anticipated arrival of Sony's next-generation PlayStation VR. Having been announced initially early last year, the wait for this exciting new VR tech has been a long and arduous one but it seems like the wait will definitely be worth it. Officially launching on February 22nd this year, the PSVR 2 promises to be a massive improvement over the original VR set with highly improved position tracking, which won't require the need for an external camera, new sensory features that will create an immersive gameplay experience like never before and stunning OLED panels with higher refresh rates. Pair this awesome piece of VR gear with some already exciting game announcements and the PSVR 2 looks like a winner. One major stumbling block is the price however, coming in at a whopping $550, will be a tough sell to the average user. We are hoping that the price will come down at some point as everyone has to experience the PSVR 2 for themselves.
