As the CEO of Parle Agro, the largest beverage producer in India, Schauna heads a conglomerate that earned a revenue of Rs. 8,000 crores in the year 2023-2024 and is set to target generating revenue of Rs. 25,000 crores by 2030. Known to be the driving force behind the growth of Parle Agro, her position of CEO is a fine balancing act of having the big picture in focus and being fully immersed in daily operations. She has made Frooti, a widely popular household name across pan India.
