Justham, who has been handed the captain's armband, feels Dagenham are moving in the right direction after the likes of Jake Hessenthaler, Frank Vincent and Josh Rees headed to the Chigwell Construction Stadium.
"We've got our own within the targets dressing room ahead of the new season getting underway but, first and foremost, we've got to graft for each other," Justham told The NLP.
"I can see a proper team already, after the changes the gaffer has made.
