City college uses chairs made of plastic bottles for garden

Eco-park at St Xavier's College has 32 chairs made of such bottles

While most people mindlessly throw away plastic water bottles in the garbage bins, or even on the roads, city-based St Xavier's College decide to recycle nearly 200 kg of waste generated from such bottles on the campus. The bottles were used to make furniture for an eco-garden next to the college canteen. The eco-garden was inaugurated on Wednesday.
