City Cong demands white paper on waterlogging

Seeks inquiry into how the pre-monsoon funds were used; accuses AMC of wasting Rs 12k cr

The opposition Congress in the AMC has demanded that the ruling BJP come out with a white paper on its pre-monsoon action plan failure following the floods in the city. The party said citizens had to suffer due to the ruling BJP’s complete administrative failure which was exposed by the incessant rains in the last two days.
