The city has witnessed remarkable industrial and infrastructural growth over the past decade, leading to abundant job opportunities and attracting talent from various regions, as per a joint report by CREDAI Ahmedabad and ANAROCK Group, a real estate consultant. The average price of real estate rose by 49% between 2018 and H1 2024, the report adds. The report, Ahmedabad Residential Overview, was unveiled at the first edition of Ahmedabad Residential Real Estate Summit.
