Ahmedabad's commercial property market has reached an unprecedented milestone with 3 million sq. ft. of transactions in 2024, showing a remarkable 64% year-on-year growth, according to Knight Frank India's latest report 'India Real Estate: Residential and Office (July - December 2024).
The combined office space completions in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar witnessed a 45% increase, rising from 1.9 million sq ft in 2023 to 2.8 million sq ft in 2024. GIFT City in Gandhinagar emerged as the primary contributor to these impressive figures.
