The Gujarat High Court has granted bail to Nita Chaudhary, the woman constable deployed with the Gandhidham unit of CID crime who was arrested along with a notorious bootlegger a couple of months back. <p>As per the case details, Bhachau police of Kutch had arrested Chaudhary and bootlegger Yuvrajsinh Jadeja after a hot chase. Both were booked for attempted murder after the car tried to run over the policemen. They also seized liquor from the Thar in which the duo was travelling. </p><p>The magisterial court granted bail to Chaudhary but the Sessions court turned down the order. Chaudhary went missing but was later nabbed by the ATS from Limbdi. She filed a bail application before the HC which allowed her application with the condition that she would not leave Gujarat without permission of the court. </p>
