Ahmedabad, Gujarat's financial hub, is witnessing a surge in iconic buildings, and Iskcon Circle is poised for a dramatic transformation with the construction of a mixed-use skyscraper. A local developer is spearheading this ambitious project, estimated at around Rs 1,000 crore, which will soar over 160 meters high.

This skyscraper will be the first of its kind in Gujarat, housing high-end retail, commercial offices, and residential units within its sleek design. The residential units, perched atop the building, will offer breathtaking views of the city's western skyline and are expected to fetch between Rs 14 crore and Rs 28 crore.

Going by the market price, this plot's price would be around Rs 350 crore as of today, and these might end up being the costliest apartments in the city.
